Muted Symphony explores the delicate boundary between wakefulness and dream. Through layered applications of rose-toned acrylic and silvery grey washes, this work creates a liminal space where form dissolves at the edges. Impasto scrapes reveal soft underlayers - like half-remembered thoughts - while the overall palette evokes a sky at first light. The viewer is invited to pause, to peer just beyond the visible, and find stillness in the pause between pigment and canvas.
