Blue Rider is a celebration of courage, momentum, and the quiet confidence it takes to move toward something new.

The horse has long symbolized strength, freedom, and forward movement. As I built this painting through expressive layers of acrylic, oil pastel, and rich texture, I wanted to capture more than the likeness of a horse—I wanted to capture its spirit. Every textured mark and sweeping gesture reflects energy in motion, creating a sense of movement that extends beyond the canvas.

To me, Blue Rider is a reminder that courage isn't always loud. Sometimes it looks like taking the next step, trusting your instincts, and moving forward even when the destination isn't fully clear. Growth begins the moment we choose to move.

My hope is that this painting inspires a sense of possibility and serves as a daily reminder to embrace new opportunities with confidence, curiosity, and heart.
